can somone make me one of those orb avatars? or tell me where you all get them? i know the admin ones are from the site but ive seen others.

yeah, one of those, how do ya do that??
i dont have that blending tool like i photoshop, i used paint.net and this is what i got

You're not going to get anything NEAR that good on Paint.net. Just search pixel2life or good-tutorials if you want one like Cuda's. That's most likely where he found the tutorial for his.
