New sig+avatar

Yeah..the sig+avatar requirements are way too strict(in my opinion). My avatar is just text and it STILL only barely if even fit the requirments XD
Is there a secret to resizing these things and make them uncrappified when you do resize them? Mine end up looking like sht and are still oversized..
How do you like them? These are pretty much the only two I've gotten to meet the "requirements"
