Omg stop throwing stuff together, does any of those tags take more then 1 minute to create?
And the render on the last one is soooo ugly.
Kill the bevel text, the only way text should be, is on oeverlay, or on normal with no effects.
Maybe I light glow here or there.
I suggest keeping your name 5-8 letters cause those seem to fit best and look good. Because short names end up looking weird and you end up stuff in more text.

A tag is a sig, and McFarlane is right. Listen to him.

again? Go look up more tutorials.
DO NOT coninuously use the same one over and over again, that is called whoring . You do not want to whore a style on your sig. Go to Pixel2life.com and find some more than the two I gave you, and try to combine elements from multiple tutorials.

That's probably your best one, but it's too grungey. The scanlines should be underneath your render.

Move away from brushes, only use them for quick effects, not for backgrounds.
Brushes remove sooo much detail that it's not even funny.
And once again, shoot that beveled text.

Did you not get my PM? or my invite to MSN?
Remove your avatar immediately befor an administrator gets on.
As for the sig, the border looks incomplete, and over beveled and too thick.
