Me and my friend are going to an Airsoft battle tomorrow, and i'm over at his house. we were practicing earlier, and were making teams for the big day. cos i gots me a new AK-47 AEG full automatic airsoft rifle. and it's hella sweet.

Guys. I've easily replicated the result using the artistic paint daubs filter with the values 4 and 0. This is sad:( Actually its a little different cause I didn't do a brightness and contract job. Compare with the strokes though, they look identical. Use tabs!

If it's really so important, why not just get an admin (idk if moderators have the ability) to do an IP Trace. See if he's posting from a different computer. If he normally posts from a laptop and his IP is the same, can't you find his ISP? It's possible that his friend has a different service provider than him.
Why do you suspect Xiion of ripping somone else's work? I've seen nothing but quality graphics from him. Do you have proof of your allogations? What grounds do you have for your assumptions? Until you have reasonable evidence of Xiion ripping somone's work, you have no voice to argue. It's like saying the moon is made of cheese; you have no proof. It's an idle statement.
I'm going to follow the common internet creed: "pix or it didnt happn KTHXBAI."
