practicing photoshop technuiqes

Just asking how I'm doing, lately I'm praticing working on people, changing eye colors, clothes, etc. After looking at a few tuts I did these,

Getting better, but try to use more advanced techniques quickly after you master that. Otherwise you'll be dwelling in a zone of very poorly done images.
