The shading effect/incomplete shapes doesn't look so great.

Lower the opacity and it might look better.

The name is really really extremely cheesy, and the text just looks plain bad. Also, I can't really give you +skill props because you made it in live trace, but I guess it still looks kind of cool.

Live Trace doesn't take away from skill. It's a different drawing style. Sometimes I use the pen tool, and sometimes I make up styles, but I'm not about to spend 3 days on a single image when I have something that can do it within 3 minutes. That said, the image isn't very nice. Sorry.
