Why did my graphic get locked?

I read the rules, and the animation rule falls with the signatures. It says nothing about animation in other graphics.
(This is assuming that the animation is the reason that the topic is locked)

Locking was a tad unneeded, but it wasn't really a "graphic". Plus you didn't make it, so we're not going to discuss it.

You really should just PM a moderator about somthing like this, instead of spamming the boards with a new thread.
