If you cut it down to a reasonable size without so much emptiness it would look nice. The whole "space is empty" aspect isn't really working.

I'm seriously at the breaking point with Space Scenes. It's gotten more stale than 80's Hair Metal.

Not quite, but I pretty much agree. I want to see some impressive underwater scenes. It's way more interesting than an effing black abyss.
