Resizing Sig?

could someone help me i made this sig its not all that good but i want to know how to get it on my profile
whenever i save the file it has the white background
here is a link to the image shack picture when i tried to save it i would also need to resize it to make it 75kb

i just got photoshop so i am still working on sigs

For starters, you forgot to cut-out all the white. After that just save it as a jpeg with high-middle quality. (I recommend 9-10) You could even probably use 12 judging by the quality of the image.

To make it smaller, you could select the image and copy it, then make a new file and paste it (Which should auto-size the canvas when making the new one)
Following that, you should save it as a JPG, since you can achieve lossless quality with it and keep it undersized.

Good. However, sigs aren't allowed to be over 120 pixels high. Yes, I'm afraid you're 6 pixels over.
