well, I was Playing GTA:SA(HC removed) and I came Up with this. Cut the Grove Street Member, Sign from CD cover, and handmade the background from a screenshot i took. R&C.

Yeah right.

I like the cartoony look but the text is just ugly and nothing fits together

The welcome text is blurred and the bars going through the face makes it look bad. Maybe make that one not as thick.

Hot Coffee, it's apperantly a cheat that allows you to make all the females naked or something. I don't know, I never looked into to deeply.

it's a mod that allowed you to play a s*xgame with your gf after you date her and she asks you if you would like to come in for some "coffee"

I don't like the black lines over the Render's face, remove them (if you can) and it will improve.
