New sig (and a question)

Also, if you have a picture sig, does that mean you can't have any words above or below it?

EDIT: Ok, the first one is horrible and I'll make a good Halo 2 sucks sig soon enough. Here's the one I'll be using:

you can have words still in your sig, it just cant exede 3 lines. That includes the Sig Tag.
