A Coagulation AI mod V1

This is V1 so thats means this will still be continued to be modified till its final modification. I REALLY NEED HELP WITH MY RESPAWN SCRIPT, so if anyone can help me, that will be great.



1. Story: No story till further notice.

2. mods:

Blue Team
Elite: Plasma Rifle, Beam Rifle. Total Units: 7
Elite Major: Needler. Total Units: 5
Elite Ultra: Energy Sword. Total Units: 3
Elite Specops: Carbine. Total Units: 5
Yellow Team
Marines: Magnum, SMG, BR, Shotgun, SR, Rocket Launcher. Total Units: 16

Weapon Mods:
BR: Shoots one bullet
Fuel Rod Cannon(not on map yet)

Looks good.

I specifically like the first combat picture, it looks like the elite fell down and is still firing at them.

Looks good. I recomend giving it a lava theme. I feel that a lava theme would work really good with your mod.

pretty cool. although some of the pics are a little too dark, i would assume this is a fun mod. if you get the respawn script in, this would be even greater. you might also want to consider skinning and more weapon mods (not just a fuel rod cannon, and br shooting one bullet), effects, scenery. or just a over all theme. (not stating that covanent vs. human isnt a theme. but when hasnt it been a theme?) overall i see potential

o yeah? lmao. you just dont know. i myself have created an ai mod with a skin on it after i put the ai in it: They rose from the snow (in my signature). why would you think that ai would affect bitmaps of the map? and just because you tried, that automaticly makes it impossible? :roll:

lol, I dont think replacing a bitmap is going to affect anything :roll: . I just found this same mod on anothere site and was saying how much I loved this mod. If you need any help with this than I would be glad to help. I have no knowledge of ai, but I do know a little about moving objects and vehicles and swapping tags. I could also skin the level if you wanted. One other thing, I have the pelican on this same level already, I just havent figured out how to fix the crazy spinning and it sticking out of the ground yet :? If I figure that out than you can use that with our marines if you want. Who knows, it may even be possible to make the marines exite the vehicle when you are driving it. so you can pick them up and drop them off.

my xbox just freezing when im trying to load the map after i have applay ur patch lol... know why?

You have to resign a map after you edit anything in it. Download "DMR" (I think that is the name if I remember correctly) it can resign all maps including the two new maps.

I just tried to load it also and it didn't work for me either. Maybe it will if it is released as a different kind of patch?

sorry to double post but I have a couple of ideas that might help out with the AI.
(1) to make the AI more responsive, you could probably just turn up the uggression ussing the usual programs.

(2) I have another idea that might make it possible to use AI online. if you created a host map with the AI in it, and a non-host map without AI. that way there would be no conflict between the AI on different xbox's. Both would have the charecter models, but the host would have control of the AI.

I dont know very much about AI, but in theory I think this might work.
