Arbitration *Update 1.1*

Arbitration V1.1 by Spammy.
So here is my release. It's a BSP conversion of 05a_deltaapproach\bsp_01 to multiplayer. I did my best to make sure it was bug-free, but if you happen to find one please let me know and I'll see what I can do. And if anyone else wants to use this BSP go ahead(dibs are dumb :p)I don't care; you could do a better job with it than I have for all I know.

Sorry that it's in sppf format but Serenity didn't like the map(maybe cuz it's been rebuilt like 5 times?) Patch a fresh copy of Dune with it and rename to arbitration.map.

I've included a Serenity 3.2 patch whose sole purpose is to add Arbitration to your mainmenu. Patch Arbitration.map with it(rename the output map to anything; you're not gonna use that one) and make sure "use mainmenu" is on. It will patch your mainmenu with a picture and description. Just remember not to use the output map from Serenity(it'll load but I'm not sure if it's compatible with the sppf version).

-SLC
-All gametypes set up and working
-lack of weapon/vehicle/bipd/whatever mods(everything the way any retail Halo map is)
-renamed locations(for territories; not a big deal, but one of those small details I like to fix)


1.1-*Updated texture and control*
EDIT:Somehow in the download, the sppf extension got removed from the patch. Just add the extension and patch with sppf.

Also, I forgot to thank the makers of the incredible H2Core/H2 Guerilla and Entity which without, it would have been impossible to do this(at least for me :D )
And of course Bungie for the game and BSP hehe.

good job, looks great. i'm really upset all i have is a softmodded xbox with the original harddrive the max ammount of new bsp maps i could possibly have is probably about 12 and so many good ones wil be out soon.

Just use xISOs on dvds, thats what I do.

someone needs to do the bsp at the beginning of delta halo where the bridge scrolls down from the side of that tower, it would make for awesome single flag ctf.

Isn't that the one IGeo is doing? I think it is that bsp, though I don't know if he is gonna use that section of the bsp.

this is true, i should do this but i'm so incredibly lazy, making iso's is such a pain in the ass then i have to mount the virtual drive and fire up nero and blah blah blah it takes forever.

who cares who's doing it, this whole "i got dibs" thing is pathetic, if you do a good job what's the problem with doing it. what if i called dibs on coagulation when we all first started modding, could i bitch at someone if they did it before me? this is so lame. if anyone ruins this guys topic with this "dibs" crap they should be banned, seriously. please for the sake of this guys work don't bring it up again anyone!

awesome, just make sure the bridge works. i was just saying a few posts up how cool it would be to play one flag ctf on there.

edit: you should put the flag in where the bridge switch is so they have an ultimatum on whether they need to get the flag or open the bridge or whatever. arm the guys on the base side to the teeth but only give them ghosts as vehicles then on the other side make them start in the tunnel area with like a wraith a ghost and two banshees but give them only close range weaponry so they can get there but they have a hell of a battle when they do.

we're kinda hijacking this topic now, you should get rid of the pics. but it does look good. i think i'd still like it more with the idea i gave above when i dedited my post. i like smaller maps, you should take my other idea into consideration.
