Today I was home sick so I decided to finish a mod I have been workin on. This mod has super run, super jump, projectile swaps, unlimeted ammo, flying hog/tank, airstrike, scarab and skins.

It looks ok. I think you should do more work towards the level itself and less towards the weapons and effects. Good job on what you've done so far though. You should get into Halo CE for a bit so you start to get that "mapping" sense.

its only my second but yeah I am starting to work on a more complex, and more interesting mod that will have a lot more effort into it. This mod I put together in like 2 week because I had to ask questions in the "New Users" forum. And I know it doesn't look like I put much effort into it but I did and im learning how to do more and more things every day and after maybe a couple more weeks I will be making good mods. But for now you will have to put up with my noobish mods lol.

any ideas on what type of skin I should make? evil looking, sorta like the biohazzard mods? relaxed like scotygee's sunset? ideas, i need ideas lol.

Correction. You should do more to the level, and you should do effects, and more to edit the weapon's look or build in a new one.

hmmm, thanks -detox- I am still learning effects but I may put up a updated patch with effect changes and maybe a skin.

I see. Do you know how to create bumps for your skins? If not, I can help you with that.
Also goodluck. I beleive I made a small tutorial on custom effects.

I don't like it. Nothing has been done to the map itself. The Scarab shouldn't really be there, it doesn't even fit properly in the map.

Consider leaving this out of your next mod. They ruin whatever feeling you are trying to achieve, and make playing it much less enjoyable.

no I dont know how to make bumps, and do you have xbl? if so thats the best way to chat. or just pm me and we can discuss other ways. and SpecOp44 thats just your opinion some people like it others don't.

I agree with SpecOp's. Running fast and all that jazz ruins legit games.

yeah but what about those games where you just wana screw aroud with the game and shoot different things, jump to the top of the map... but yeah I understand what you mean.

Yea, and those games last about a good 30 minutes then you get bored. However, when playing a real mod, you can enjoy it for much longer.

yeah its the airstrike in my mod its just using banshee bombs. do you know how to change the colors? so its like the hammer of dawn.
