As far as I know, no. They have tools hosted to convert video to bink.

Distributing Copyrighted Material is. This has been editted, it is not what they copyrighted. When converted and converted back, the file is slightly different. Things are in different places, cause bungie didnt use Rad Video tools We did, different converting, changes things around quite a bit

You don't really have a good understanding of what a copyright is.......Changing something slightly-even data format is totally different, but can be proved that it was converted and not remade-is like the second thing copyright is there to stop, but it usually has to do with the first. If I for some strange reason started going around with the name Trigger_six, would it be said that I'm not stealing your name because it's a word and not a numeral? I don't think so...in the same way, you don't just change something slightly and say the copyright doesn't apply anymore.....

A better example would be to say that if I go in and change every editable value in halo 2 by just a tiny bit, then posted it, do you think I would be in violation of the copyright on maps?

I can easily tell you made this in movie maker 2. *legally* download Adobe Premiere, and learn how to use it. It will be very benficial in the long run, you could make sick ass movies.
