Ok ive been making this for about three weeks and its nearing its final stage..........But i need some help or its gonna take another week or two but enough of this right now may i present to those of you who only visit halomods and avoid HIH
The Uber Awsome Effect Browser
This app allows you to preview prt's and pmov for custom effects so you can create better effects without spending hours previewing and tweaking
this also includes a couple of extra features and a hidden goddy but as i said its no ready for release..........but i can tease you with some screenies

Oh and the main screen comes with 5 different skins
Keep in mind these screen shots are from a previous build so not all the features there really exist
But what i needed help with is i need pics of pmovs if a couple of people want to split it and send me pics with the name of the pmov on the pic, YOU WILL GET CREDIT also i need screen of cool custom effects and the dependancys you edited thanks a ton guys i hope to have this out by wensday

sounds very good...i just dont see how itd be able to render them properly like pic#2...unless thats one of the beckgrounds...but im interested to see the result

1. wrong board. this board is not for previews.
2. no download.
3. wrong prefix(seeing as its not out yet).
btw u guys do realize this will just display pics of reg effects and not custom effects made. hence the reason he needs pics of some stuff.

Well, HIHG 6, you out to at least give it a try when it's down. It's somethign that's not once been done before, so I'm looking forward to it. Even if I don't use it, the originality is worth a download. All the same, I may use this tons.
Let's keep in mind also to not flame at all. No since in getting people all ticked off and getting this locked. (No problems yet, but there might be)
Oh, and word to the ScottyGEE doctrine.

This sounds awsome but i dont really get what it does, does it let you combine a bunch prt3's and see the effect it would create?

@chad: i wasnt flaming just telling u guys wat to expect because it seems like some people think it will preview custom effects...

Wow. Did you just take pictures of every effect and just display the picture when they click on the effect? If you did that, then its gay. If not then props to you.

i always thought something like this would be cool. but i thought it would be impossible to make or more tedious a task than anyone would care to take on. good luck on this

Yea this really will help out alot of people to improve their effects. So do you have pics of every single effect? My favorite is the plasma_twirl effect
