[mod]Swamp Meadows

Here is a mod i threw togerther over the last few days
Features:
-Map is fully skinned
-New Sky
-Lighmap changed
-Teleporters Added to the map
-Backwah monitors flying everywhere on the map(not some shitty active scenery
)
-System link working

Yeah I'm sick of weapons with blinding effects and proj changes and crap... we need more scenery changing/adding mods to change the feel of the game.
