I threw this together because i thought it had a bunch of things that people would want for skinning if they didnt have PSP or PS.

It has..
DXTBmp
Paint.net
PhotoPlus 6.0

But those are only install programs (.exe) because they are all big programs

Along with signature and skins folders and a readme and short tutorials.

The readme comes with links to the websites for the programs.

im not expecting this to be great its just for the people, like me, who dont have PSP, or 600 bucks.....
