[Skin][Mod]psycodellic lockout

well i decided to get into skinning and i had never realised how fun it was,
-the whole map is skinned
-ghost flys and other ppl see it as a ghost too
-needler shoots out camo
-rockets where shotty should be
-pp shoots plasma grenades that look like assault bombs and charge shoots the flying ghost
-rockets shoot flying warthog
-5 burst br
-run fast when crouched
-sword sounds like a charging pp
-frag grenades are skulls

still not done - Shader swaps, i dont know how

eww it looks like someone puked all over the map
