A paintball mod that is actually PAINTBALL

lol, telling me to stop flaming?? Last time i checked, all this website is is constant flaming. And why is making a mod because i didn't like someone elses a dumb reason? Isn't that why we make mods? Because we don't like someone elses work? Hmmm...
I'm probly not going to do models. Mostly becaouse I don't know how . I might inject the Marine and the ODST but thats at the bottem of my list of to do's.
i'm not trying to upstage anyone here. I'm just trying to fix the problems that I think are in the other mods out there. Why is this so difficult for people to understand?
Barringer, I don't know if you've tried my mod yet, but i doubt paintballs bounce like they do in this mod.
Apparently, everyone here that actually claims to play paintball, agrees with my mod. I just think its kind of funny that other people don't see the huge problems that I see in the current mods. The main problem I've seen in mods and pretty much games that are being made now are they lack game play. Have people really become that bad where they choose apearence over game play? I missed the days when people valued gameplay over visuals

Unfortunantly this is true. It is appreciated when people are mature enough not to "feed the fire;" however, this is rarely the case, and thus instead of spending our (moderators) time constructively, we spend it cleaning up messes and baby-sitting.

If you're not going to post something constructive, just don't post.

If more would abide by this statement, these forums would be a better place.

I'm just posting to see why everybody is flaming, he's going for a -realistic- paintball mod, one shot one kill no matter the guns. Anyone who has actually played paintball would know that if you get hit, you're out.

I apologize if this in any way comes off as flaming the flamers, it is more or less simply pointing out the facts in an attempt to shut them all up. =P



--oh btw Raptor, like I told you earlier. You may want to increase the movement speed since most of paintball is "ZOMG RUN FOR COVERRRRR..and then shoot stuff!"

O: i don't like that. I don't wanna get lock. XP But seriously, listen to him. The point of having a place like this is to HELP people and HELP each other and make advancements in the modding community. I don't see why people like to flame so much. What are they trying to prove? normally, when i'm reading a post, the second i detect flame, i just move on. Its not worth my time. The whole internet is infested with all these people who's only goal is to flame. If people didn't flame so much, and actually help, we could be so much farther in modding halo and anything else. If you seriously want to flame me, do it in pm so the thread won't get locked, and i can practice using the delete function

[Edit 3]This map will be completed. Me and Barringer are working on it. We, well he, already remodeled the brute shot grenades, and the rocket. We plan on making an entire mp and,maybe , sp conversion pack. So far, it looks really nice. We will be releasing shortly, we hope, a public beta of lockout.
