yeah im pretty sure Ive played the one mod before
you basically just took that one skinned it and made some weapon mods

well perhaps you should follow some tutorials and make it a bit better =) but how it is now im not going to bother downloading it but good try =)

lol, but seriously, this mod is kinda eww, not trying to be a jerk or anything but try to read some tutorials, think of a good theme and try making your own mods.
