well i used a hex editor, but you can use the ifp if you can get it working which i'm assuming you can't sense you asked, but i think i have an xml plugin somewere before i learned ifp
Edit: nvm it's the ifp but just put this in your ifps folder in insolence unless you know how to put it in another program just use insolence and the bounce and friction values are in the vehical attachements reflexive... O yeah and the ifp also contains XYZ extents for phmo models O.o
