I installed this and the mimesis maps at about the same time, and now I can't turn on Team Changing....Think it might have something to do with this? This and mimesis are the only mods i've done....:(

Ok, sorry. Anyway, I just removed the patched mainmenu.map and ftp'd the old one back over and I can turn on team changing again, so it's definitely something to do with this mod....Could somebody help me out here? It kinda sucks not being able to play zombies or anything

Thats news to me i havnt heard of the team changing being affected by this mod :S when does it happen.. ingame or in the main menu?

umm when he made a gametype and said no to team changing in game.... i dunno? i dont have this problem at all.

Its to do with your mainmenu slots.
check out the multiplayer slots and youve obviously got "1 team only" mode on...just change each to have 8 teams and its fine for everything :P

Very nice, but I dont understand one thing, if you have a map like coagelation or containment,and you dont want to have 2 scorpions or 2 wraths, you can do random, then there is a scorpion and a wrath, so, mayby its a nice mod, but it doesnt help I think. Mayby its that you not always get 2 different heavy vehicles at random, but whenh I did it I always got a wrath and a Scorpion. If someone can explain me this mod, I will be very pleased. Ok I applied this patch with dothalo to mainmenu.map, ftped it over the previous main menu, but It won't give me the secondary vehichle option for some reason in settings game types. I also cleared my cache which didn't do anything.
I don't like signatures. JK

are you trying to do it in settings before starting a map?

you have to actually go make a new gametype with secondary heavy vehicles.

Patch your mainmenu.map with the patch in the first post. You need to put Halo 2 on your HDD for it to work. You can apply the patch by opening the mainmenu.map in Dothalo and click Apply Patch at the top.

I dont see why THIS mod would be a bad one on LIVE considering...it wouldn't load THIS main menu when you sign onto XBL... if I remember correctly... this mod just allows you to make gametypes with the 2nd heavy vehicle setting thrown in the gametype editor thing in Halo.

Used on XBL?... hell why not? its the same outcome as a S4ver gametype or an Action Replay one....
