Well here is what we have all been waiting for. This program will inject perfect models but beware it still has bugs. Tell me what problems you have. If you have problems injecting a model it's probably because what your injecting over is not big enough. If you have this problem, try counting the vertices and indices in hmt for both models and make sure there is enough room. Save your work before using this. Regardless of the tiny bugs, I must say this turned out well. Load your maps and choose your models and import! After that, you go into HHT and change the models dependancies for it's shaders and your done. You will see other dependancies for the original model. Ignore them. Just change the ones you need. Enjoy.

Awesome work man. I imagine theres probably a DLL file that is required? Perhaps that is the root of the errors.

FOUND OUT THE ERROR REASON! You guys probably don't have Microsoft .NET FRAMWORK v1.1. This update from Microsoft's website will allow you to open up those programs. Just do to http://www.microsoft.com and DL it

try reinstalling the .net framework. this seems to be the cause of everyone's errors.

I really want to toy with this prog, but I'm getting the same error as every1 else and I have reinstalled (twice) the .net framework 1.1. Mebbe it needs some other program installed?

Actually I think it's pretty simple (the excerption one... or w/e it is).. I had the same problem with HMT... If all people are teh same as me, you just moved it to your desktop from the file you saved it from.. You need to right click on it and click the Create Shortcut button. Then move that to your desktop. That fix everything?
