i can't exactly tell you where it is, because it's built with the xbox developer kit and that's illegal in itself. but you can go ask the nice people @ http://hce.sourceforge.net/forum/ if you can be a beta tester. but you have to be registered to ask.
though i'll PM you with the other question you had. i kinda' doing this slow right now cuz im using my xbox to post
