map downloading problem..

When i download a map like say atlanta i have no idea how to get it in the game what do i have to do ? Im not new to halo just halo custom edition 
HELP ME!!!!

Ok i found that out but now people r tell me that i need win rar or something like that that extracts the files

Yup you need winrar look it up on google google sloves 99% problems.
