Yep, I just now tried it but it is a bit more difficult than that. It's easier, though, to take stuff from other vehicles and mix and match from what I've collected thus far (as far as effects and such go), unless you have the time to make completely new stuff with 3DS MAX, PShop and every other required thing. If you can get everything together that way, then voila, a new vehicle...

how come everytime i load a map on halo CE it says gathering exception data? it does it on any map.
