Saving settings on a dedicates server?

Is it possible to save your settings on your dedicated server.
im tired of remaking it every time i want to run it
ive heard that when you close it out it says do you want to save your settings but mine dosent do that

What do you mean by settings? Like adding maps or banning players? I don't know about banning players but you use the init.txt file for editing your server settings for example here's my init.txt file that my server uses:
; server parameters
sv_name !All_CTF!
sv_public true
sv_maxplayers 16
sv_password
sv_rcon_password ********
sv_mapcycle_timeout 30
sv_tk_ban 6
sv_tk_penalty 5m 1h 8h 1d
sv_tk_cooldown 5m
sv_tk_grace 3s
; mapcycle
sv_mapcycle_add bloodgulch "CTFcustom"
sv_mapcycle_add sidewinder "CTFcustom"
sv_mapcycle_add icefields "CTFcustom"
