S-Video In cable -> Play xbox on PC?

hey guys, I currently have purchased myself a Saphire ATi Radeon 4650and it came with a little wire which looks like this:

what I want to know is that since those are the same HD Plugs but female (as compared to xbox's male) if i can play xbox on my computer by plugging in my xbox into those (without audio but i have something i can use for that)

That's an output port, not an input port.
You'd need an input on your monitor, not your video card. You're not going to use a video card's processing for a 360...

Technically, there are a number of old ATI cards that are also capture cards, in which case you would hook up an S-Video (or RCA or whatever) cable to the card itself, and then use it with a piece of software to display the input on your PC. I have an ATI AIW x800, but the drivers stopped supporting it about a year ago (and I'm using it in Linux anyway, and they never had support for it there...)

I'm aware of that, and it is irrelevant to this situation, hence why I excluded the information from my post, because it doesn't contribute to the topic of his card. It's contextual.
