can't play videos

Post by V0Lt4Ge »

On my external HDD, I have all my recorded videos and such. Now for some reason, I can't play any of them.

I get these errors:
Windows Media Player

Media Player Classic:

When I try to move the file to my desktop...

If it helps, this started after I installed Windows 7, and went back to XP.

Right click the program, Properties, Run this program as administrator. Select the music file and it should ask you to run the program in administrator mode. That might work.

I figured it out. Had to do with the file ownership stuff. I thought I had fixed that already.

I was trying to open this stuff on XP, Eaton. No run as administrator option.
