ok.
So i've looked at both nVidia and ATi cards and found that some ATi Cards are just raping the nVidia ones in numbers. But I cant rely on that 100% (maybe 80% I'd say) so I'm not totally convinced, but heres what I'm drooling on right now: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.as ... 6814161252

but if i get that, I'd probably have to upgrade my power source, so that'd cost me another $40, so I'm still looking for suggestions. :P

I bought an ATI card for my old tower and a few other nick-knacks and I've been thoroughly pleased with them.

My vote with be for ATI, but if price is an obstacle I'm sure nVidia would love your business. :p

no, I put 150 as a cap for a reason, i still want money left over for other things like paintball, but i put 185 as a safety barrier, plus i'll be needing a new power supply anyways so that'll cost me too.

speaking of which, does this do what it says it does? http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/prodde ... atid=10482
