HELP MY SERVER IS MESSED UP

ok well for sum unknown reason ppl cant join my server. i dont know why. it says negotiating then says unable to join. can ssum1 give me sum suggestions? plz

well, from wat i know ur screwed... that happened to my friend, until he moved and got dsl.
i think it has somthin to do with a firewall/proxy or somthin...
