Nforce3-A motherboard onboard sound

I am posting because i need some help. i am working on my grandmas computer and here on board sound card isn't working i have installed the right drivers countless times. nothing appears to be wrong in the drivers or card any suggestions.

EDIT

i need this done within the next 6 hours that's when i am leaving my grandmas house and i would prefer to have there computer in all working order by then.

buy a separate sound card, i had the same problem and just sais eff it and slapped in an old sound card

Ya I am having my dad run and get me a sound card because software is running flawlessly its gotta be hard ware. oh well guess this post is pointless lock or delete time?
