New graphic's card

New graphic's card

My old graphics card burnt out it was that good it was a Radeon x700 but now i got RADEON 9200 PRO AGP is it better or worse then the X700??? Im not to graphic's card savvy and im not sure if its better or not, is it :P?

Worse.
Radeons go in generally this order from oldest to newest:
7xxx series -> 8xxx -> 9xxx ->X--- -> X1--- -> X2--- -> X3---

ahh and aww thought soo my step dad was insisting that it was better so i had to prove him wrong :P

what kind of slot does your pc use, I'm sure you could find a way better card thats not too expensive.

Looks likes its AGP.

Anyway, this is the one I have. It was more expensive when I got it but now its only $50. It works pretty well. I haven't had any problems with it anyway.

how much is that??? :P when i get a new job ill most likely buy a new PC and graphic's card.

as far as slots go, PCIe > AGP > PCI


unless you know what each slot in your pc is, just see what slot your card used, then buy based on slot. that way you only need to look at cards that will actually be able to connect to your motherboard
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>
