HCE installation, please give a look!

When i ftp HCE to the xbox, its not showing up, i know im sending the xbe to the right partition, and the files that accompany it, but then what? im new to HCE so im really lost here. thanks for any posts.

ok i got the icon to appear but when i start the program, it freezes my xbox!

I thought HCE was just for PC...

nope i have the xbe, got it from mIRC, but the NTSC one freezes immediatly and i have to restart, the PAL version runs, but its no use to me.
