Ok so I just got "HEK plus" and I can't find out how to extract tags with it

. Please tell me how to do this with a lot of detail!!!!

Oh yeah "HEK plus" is a totally different thing than HEK just in case some of you don't know

Try reintsalling HEK, but maybe from a different mirror download?
