Killtrocity map pack V2 problem|| PLEASE HELP!

Ok, I've downloaded the Killtrocity map pack and I followed the tutorial. But when I want to patch it. It says I don't have the following maps: Gemini, Turf, Warlock, Elongation, Backwash, Dune and Deltatap. I've got Gemini, Turf, Warlock, Elongation and Backwash on my Xbox but they aren't listed in FlashFXP (the FTP program I use). I don't know what maps Dune and Deltatap are but they aren't listed either. What do I need to do?

They aren't in your halo 2 folder, look in E\TDATA\folder that ends with 64\$S
and in there are 3 folders each containing the maps.

EDIT: I can play every map now (except for bio 3 and the first one on lockout) but how can I play them om Xlink Kai? On my Dashboard I've got 2 halo 2's now. One with the mods and the other one without the mods, without the new levels and a lockout that doesn't work. But when I go to Xlink Kai and I want to play the Halo with the mods. It isn't listed there. Only the not-modded halo 2 is listed. How do I solve this?
