Can someone please tell me how I can transfer gamesaves from Xbox to Xbox 360?

Can normal Xbox memory cards works on the 360?

I have heard of a couple ways, but I don't know what really works.

Xbox memory cards do not work with the 360, the only way to transfer saves is using XSATA, check the Datel website for more details.
