HMT plugins, and 3rd person halo?

What are the latest and greatest for Halo PC? Where should I look? And don't give me dead links!

I use HMT because it's pretty much dummy-proof. It doesn't deal with coding languages and it's basically just point and click.

Also, what is the newest version of 3rd person halo and where can I get it?


Also, how active are these forums and the game? I'm a bit surprised at the activity after so many years of the game being out.
