PC-help with HMT and HHT

what exactly is the antr labeled category in HMT or HHT
im going 2 explain this as clear as i can.
its like animation triggers. like, if i try 2 malay u, it triggers one of the dependenceys 2 activate causing whatever is being attacked to move out of the way, does that help at all?
