HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I just downloaded HMT version 3.5. It was good for putting in a assault rifle skin, then after when i tried to open it, it said it has to be manually debugged. I thought i could delete it and download it again, but it wont let me delete it: access is denied

Need HELP fast


PS. I know its sorta a dumb question, but can the other people see your skins on multiplayer?

I dont know about the HMT problem but other people cant see the skin unless they have the skin on their computer as well.
