HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I downloaded Serenity 3.1 and .NET Framework 2.0 but when i try to apply a serenity patch it says its working but then stops and says It is not responding. I thought I saw something similar to this somewhere else but cant remember. Any of you guys have any ideas on this??

You need both versions of the .NET framework, and try Serenity 3.2. >_>

What patch are you trying to use?
