Help please

you probably have heard this many times but I have downloaded yelo and put everything where it needs to be folowed the tutorial exactly but when I go to EvoX and click apps......I click Xored launcher 2.2 and it says EvoX and flashes to a screen that says Problem call customer service......it has a huge 21 in the corner..........how do I fix this or bypass it.
I would rather not call customer service because modding is kinda illegal so ya........
