HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

This is really staring to annoy me. I keep trying to inject an image into the mainmenu over the ivory tower image. My image is dds dxt1 and yet dothalo says image must be dxt1! I am really staring to get annoyed. No I dont have photoshop. I am not rich, I have tried countless programs such as convim and xnView and none of which woreked. I desperately need Help!

Mainmenu images need to be in A8R8G8B8 format, not DXT1. Yes, I know DotHalo says that; it is wrong.

plus they need to be saved with NO MIPMAPS
