Help Again Plz

hey..well i think somehow i updated xbl on my modded xbox
it wont load up my dashboard, thus making my mods and everyhting on my xbox taht had to do with mods useless. it cant reinstall because of the data of the other mod on there. Any ideas? GREATLEY APPRECIATED!!!
