Cmd prompt

every time i try to open it says "another program is currently using this"
do a virus, mlware, and spyware scan, then download and run "who's locking" to find out what's locking cmd.exe from access.

or, navigate to "C:\WINDOWS\system32" and run "command.com". this should bring up ajust as good replacement prompt.
