HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I know I posted this in an other forum too, but no one seems to be answering that, so I decided to come here.
So is there anyone with the files needed for the plugin "edit mode"(/"dev mode"), and could give them for download.

I asked this because my Insolence was deleted from my computer, and when I downloaded new ones, they are missing the edit and dev modes. They should be .dll files, if I'm right...

why not use entity instead, considering insolence is teh suxor

Well, alright if you ain't gonna help. I just like the elites, so can you change who's side a biped is on with entity, and can you change the overheating rate and ammo with it?

EDIT: I don't know if you got this wrong, because I'm not saying that Insolence sucks, it's just that it should have the edit mode in "plugins", and it doesn't have it, that I know for sure, because I used to have it on my computer, as I said. I'm just searching for a new one, and the original page is down. (insolence.epgservers.com). In fact I liked the program.
Besides, Entity needs a .net FW v.2 and my operation system says it doesn't support it. That means I can't use Entity.
