How Do I download big files?

I have wireless connections and it is like slow! I can't download realy big files like HCE it self. I need help realy badly! It would take an hour and more to download HCE but then the wireless connection can break! So where can I download HCE in chucks?

wireless pretty much sucks. get some real oldschool cables they work 100%

so basically what it does it speeds up your games only??? or does it aslo speed up your internet too???
