Trouble importing models

is there any program that I can use to reduce indecies and verticies on a model so that it can be imported in to halo pc? I am making a "top gun" mod for the pc, and i dont have the time to make CE tags. if you help me, I will give you 49% credit. you can see pictures of the mod in the pictures section of the forum.
