And please don't be unsmart by not noticing were I put (JK) on the mspaint one.

I don't want to have to use MSPaint. -.-

And with Carol PSP, If I put the plugin in the plug-ins folder, it freezes when it says, "Loading Cache"



But for some strange reason, I got the plugin to work with PSP, and skinned something but Shutdown my computer and tried to open PSP and it just froze on "Loading cache"

Use Photoshop.

His Photoshop trial is expired, and apparently he doesn't want to purchase anything. I'd say the best course of action is to fix the problem, not find another program.

You could always re install windows? Jk.
Um, "buy" Photoshop. Just don't, whatever you do, illegally download. Not kidding.

Yeah buy photoshop. You can use it for other things to besides modding.
